Croquetas De Puerro Y Champiñones

Aside from the initial shock of the slapped-on presentation and the paucity of the croquetas in respect to the price, these were a prime example of vegan fine dining. The outside was crispy, yet thin and delicate so that the whole thing just melted into your mouth. The leek and mushroom were a beautifully creamy combination that bordered on divine. The taste was so lovely I really hated how small this serving was- I just wanted more and more!

Diría que son de las mejores croquetas veganas que he probado. Muy jugosas y sabrosas. Lo malo es que sólo vienen 3, y además es impar xD
