Crispy Kale Crunchies

Ha, got a serving of this amazing crispy fried kale from the pick-your-dish selection at the cashier before realising the plate of fried kway teow I ordered also came topped with it. 😱 This stuff was amazing (did I say that already?!) though it became a bit much at some point because er, it was all too much.
