Crispy Cauli Wings

With so many cauliflower wings being offered nowadays, I find that they can be either a hit or miss. This one fortunately leant more towards the hit side - great crispy batter and spicy seasonings on said batter too! The cauliflower itself was a little mushier than what I’d prefer but not terribly so
