Crescione di Jeki (veganizzato)

Oggi giornata libera e ne abbiamo approfittato per fare un giretto a Marina Romea, io col moroso e la mia migliore amica, e siccome si sa che l'aria di mare mette appetito ci siamo presi i crescioni e li siamo andati a mangiare in valle, in mezzo al verde. Questo nascerebbe vegetariano, ma basta chiedere di omettere il grana. Davvero buono, con tantissimo ripieno di patate, crema di carciofi e radicchio.
