Creamy Coconut Pistachio Gelato

I think @m1tch9i & her sister can whip up a much better #pistachio flavoured #gelato than this if I’m being honest 🤭 I think this story makes a perfect segue to the rest of my #throwback reviews for this #finedining restaurant! We had gone here a month back for @misskittysfantadisco’s birthday but they were all out of their #vegangelato 😓 So.. Michelle, wonderful as always as she is, along with her food scientist of a sister, decided to prepare their own! The difference between that one & this is the lack of a #coconut undertone 🤮 I find that it takes from the #pistacchio flavour of the #icecream, leaving this one tasting a little plain. Alright if you’re really a #coconutlover but not so much if you’re here for something a little.. extra. So no, it’s not a strong recommendation on my part 🤷‍♀️

It’s sweet, vegan, cold and nutty - me likely! Comes with cookie/waffle, and it makes a good combo.
