Costilla con patatas

I'm gonna try to go back to posting, finally! Today I discovered this vegan restaurant in Ourense, with many original options. These ribs are very tasty and tender, and I loved the presentation. Potatoes were homemade, and it comes with Padrón peppers too.

A pesar de que el sabor no estaba nada mal, no hubiera escogido ese tipo de seitan para las costillas... Demasiado chicloso...
