Coral Red Tempura Jalapeños Served on a Spicy Nori Sauce with Parsley and Capers Mayo

Troppo buoni questi jalapeños in tempura con mayo di capperi su una base di salsa all’alga nory

There you go, it's all in the title of the dish eh 😉 Honestly they could've put anything into this #tempura and it would've turned out amazing, because it was so so crunchy (#sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease 😊) and the colour was very fetching 😀 The #jalapenos gave this a bit of a #spicy kick, but not nearly enough to overpower the briny tones of the #nori and the #capers. A decently large serving, good enough for two, but after your first bite you're likely to want to be #notsharing 😛
