Cookie Dough Cake

Delicious, although there’s something funny about the cookie dough! It was addictive but has a bit of a strange texture, like maybe there is cornflour or something to keep it from melting? The mix of chocolate chips and jam was great. The flavours and textures complemented each other well. Perfect thing to have as a treat and nibble on for a few days!! #animalsnow
