Com Sot Lac - Vegetables & Mock ‚Duck‘ with Rice and Peanut Sauce

Really yummy and good size meal. Personally wish we‘d lose the comparative ‚animal meat names‘ of dishes (like ‚duck’) since it puts me off and I find it totally unnecessary. But it may attract some non-vegans to try it out, so I guess I can put up with it 😉 This is a great all vegan Vietnamese restaurant, try it out if you’re around!
