Classic flødeboller

omg this was so incredibly good!! came super close to a childhood dessert i used to love! the bottom was marzipan instead of a wafer tho which bugged me and the price was a little extreme but i still really enjoyed it

I’m happy I tried this as it is a danish specialty, but it is way too sweet for my liking. It is basically a marshmallow puff covered with chocolate (and this one had an almond paste basis, which did not contribute making the whole thing any less sugary). They are not traditionally vegan but Glean offers a wide range of plant-based flødebollers, among which the classic one. Each of them is priced 29kr.
