Chwee Kueh

Chwee kueh is a steamed rice cake served with a pickled radish topping. It had silky-smooth appearance but the cake was a tad too firm. I prefer those with jelly-like texture. The pickled radish had a light crunch and wasn’t mushy but taste-wise it wasn’t flavorful.
