Really well made!! The marinated Brussels sprouts were a unique and delicious addition to the burger! On the menu it says they use the beyond burger but it was so realistic to a meat burger that I feel they might have used the impossible burger. If this wasn’t an all vegan restaurant I would have asked them to double check that they have given me a vegan meal! I absolutely loved the salad and the dressing that was on it too! It was fresh creamy and light:) Although the burger was delicious, by the last third of my burger I felt like I could have had a bit more freshness. I put some of the fresh greens from the salad on the burger and I enjoyed that. But I am not someone who typically orders burgers so that might just be my preference! The server I had was extremely kind and friendly too which was so nice especially since I wasn’t having the best day. She lifted my spirits and made me feel a bit more positive so I really appreciated that!
