Chorizo Shakshuka 2.0

Zenna was so nice as usual! Got this when they had a popup for christmas. It was tomato stew with pita. I did not expect the pita to taste so good. It had a #miso spread on it which made it extra savoury. It went well with the tomato stew which was surprisingly also tangy and a little spicy. I also got a good helping of scramble #tofu on it.

Wellsmoocht gas the best chorizo and sausages. Loved the stew 🍲

Very yummy tomato based sauce that goes well with the sausage! The pita is nice with the miso. A bit small for a main.

Ooooft I love this dish so much. The tomato sauce is so delicious. My only qualm is that I wish it was bigger 🥲.

shakshuka had a tangy tomato flavour, and went well with the mock sausages! only gripe is that the pita bread was a bit hard but that can be easily solved by dipping it in the shakshuka 👍🏼
