Chorizo Cheese & Potatoes

I looked up vegan spots before traveling to Chicago and was excited to try Fons. Their presentation is spot on. Cute logo and colored dough. The chorizo empanada was my favorite of the 2 I purchased. It has a bit of spice and a potato crunch. It is made with a natural dough and has 6 grams of protein and 1.5 fat.
