chopped cheese

the last chopped cheese i had was wretched beyond belief, so i was hesitant to order this even tho it looked amazing on the menu. that being said, i am so glad i did! chopped cheese redemption arc! the ground beef as wpbc is seasoned perfectly and somehow not dry even without sauce! however, this sandwich would have avoided that issue regardless because it was packed with cheese and mayo and tomatoes to keep it from being dry at all. additionally, the lettuce and onions gave it a little crunch for some textural variety. i am surprised the lettuce wasn’t soggy but it wasn’t! the sandwich was pretty bready, but i didn’t see a huge problem with it because it was soft bread and i was happy that it didn’t get soggy despite how wet the sandwich filling was. i was happy with the portion size and could easily see myself ordering this again. and to say it again, amazing vegan ground beef! definitely order smthn with their grounds, you won’t regret it! #choppedcheese #vegansandwich #sandwich #orlando #orlandovegans
