Chocolate Oatmeal Cookie

I loved it. It's a giant cookie with giant chocolate chunks, nuts and oatmeal. Not very sweet but so tasty, chocolaty and nutty. Not so crunchy but thick! I got this to go while I was settling the bill at the counter; I mean, if you'd seen it on the serving platter rather than inside the disposable brown bag, you might have succumbed to temptation too 😉 The #oatmeal defines the texture of this #cookie, although the #chocolatechips, big as they are, also make a major contribution. Not particularly sweet overall, with a dense texture. Very filling and ended up serving as lunch the next day 😅
