very delicious,me and my friends shared some Chilaquiles at one of my favorite restaurants, El Papagayo.

Before I was vegan, I went to every Mexican restaurant in the Sacramento Area that made Chilaquiles. These vegan Chilaquiles from El Papagayo are, hands down, THE BEST!!! They make their own soyrizo and the flavor is perfect for Chilaquiles. #animalplace
