Chicken Parma (Mother Forkers Menu)

Love the idea behind this, KFC opened up right next to matcha so they created a 'Mother Forkers - fried chicken with no clucks given' menu as a middle finger to KFC. This crumbed chicken breast with hello friends mozzarella, ham and Napoli sauce (with a side of curly fries) was delicious, the parma was thick juicy and tender. Not the cheapest place in town. #alv

This is the most succulent vegan chicken I have ever tasted, so good! Matcha is normally only open during the day but they’ve just started a short term pop up dinner thing which is all based around vegan chicken, as a response to a KFC opening next door.
