Fragrant sesame rice topped with fried battered soy 'chicken' cutlet, sprinkled with sesame seeds as well as drenched in Thai chilli sauce (can be served on the side). 🍗🌶️ The Thai chilli sauce was piquant with lots of lemongrass. The cutlet was pretty crunchy and good without a strong mock meat aftertaste. Came with cherry tomatoes, fresh lettuce, plus achar-like pickled cabbage and carrot. 🍅🥬🥕 I believe this has always been one of the bestselling dishes at Kang Su Vegetarian, now also available at the Kale by Kang Su Adelphi outlet (but not the Midpoint Orchard outlet). Personally I preferred this to the Chicken Rice, as the Thai chilli sauce was more unique and the cutlet was quite convincing.
