Chicken cutlet rice

Had this last week and it was pretty good! The rice is fragrant like the chicken rice kind and the "chicken" was good but a little .. doughy almost? Felt a little like chewing on uncooked dough but it was still yummy regardless. also got the fried wantons which were so good! They tasted eggy which scared me a bit but definitely no eggs! Also had the thai basil rice another day which i didnt take a picture of but i felt it wasn't as good as this one~

My all time favourite at bodhi delight. I find their cutlet nicer compared to others outlet selling chicken cutlet rice. It is crispier and thinner not as flourfy. The green vegetables at the side make it healthier n less sinful to eat. The soup is also more flavourful and combo well with the cutlet rice.

This may seem like a basic dish, but I give this crowd-pleaser a 9.5/10. I don't know how they do it, but they make the mock chicken so juicy, yet the breading is so crispy 😋. They serve it with fragrant sesame rice and a small portion of veggies. I don't know what sauce they put on the veggies, but it is so delicious. I like to eat each bite with a slice of green chilli to enhance the experience. To make this a 10/10 for me, I would love a little bit of curry sauce but then I guess that would change the name of the dish...? Anyway, this is near to perfect- delicious and cheap!

The cannot go too late place at fortunes centre as they always close early noon when they sold out. Order the chicken cutlet rice and fried wanton there. It is almost a standard for me to order chicken cutlet rice there as it i just like the taste of the crispy cutlet. The rice itself is very fragrant too. The fried wanton i order as side is quite nice and affordable too and there is a soup version as well for those who dun like fried stuff. Didn’t order soup version as i know my cutlet rice came with soup. Those who are come fortune centre and happen the shop is still open can always go there for the cheap and affordable food.

As usual I love it, the taste is so crispy and tasty but I recommend getting the Hor fun set or noodles set as the rice might be too plain
