Chicken Cutlet

One of the BEST cutlets I've eaten ANYWHERE. photos don't do it justice. Please go and support! They need help to extend their lease:) photo attached! Rice is plain but fluffy. Baked beans are an interesting part, haven't ate rice with baked beans before. The fries are SO AWESOMELY crunchy with the right amount of butteryness and salt (😅 #sweetdreamsaremadeofgrease ) The cutlet is a whole star itself. Perfectly crunchy crust ( is that the right word?) that is seasoned well on it's own. Has that fried taste. Inside is to me, perfectly moist and when warm, packs so much flavor. Gets abit chewier as it cools. So awesome. Go and try!! Do support them as their lease is only till end Nov 2024 and they need the customers to keep going:)

Swapped out the fries for salad, and white rice to brown rice. Love the flexibility! Also enjoy the thought that the mayo is vegan, and... lots of it. Haha. The cutlet has a strong flavour, which is balanced with the rest of the sides. Crisp crisp crisp~ 😋

A large chicken cutlet served with rice, fries and a small salad. Way too much for me to finish. The soy chicken was not bad, remained crispy even though I ordered takeaway.

Confirmed with the staff that the mayo is vegan. Cutler was rather dry. Love the generous serving of fries.
