Chee Cheong Fun With Pumpkin

Do not order this dish. Tasted horrible. I thought why they needed 15 additional mins to make this dish, maybe it was handmade on the spot but NO, the times was used to start up the steamer or something to steam some central kitchen CCF which tasted rubbery and hard. The pumpkin puree was awful, sweet crap, the combination was a fail but I still ordered it because I always wanted to eat CCF. Maybr if I added black vinegar I was able to prevent food waste.
