The first impression you get from this dish is that you have been somehow tricked
and there is real duck there. Its look-alike is quite outstanding, and so is the texture and mouthfeel. In any case, leaving comparisons aside, the dish is flavourful, rich and very filling. I will definitely come back to Chay Vegan because I loved it, and especially because I wan to try their other dishes in the menu, which looked equally appealing.
