Chana masala

So today we checked out Tikka Express. I was skeptical when we first pulled up. I thought this might be one of these “fast food chain restaurants”…..but I was absolutely pleasantly surprised. We met the owner who was a lovely sweet lady. Their vegan dishes they offered were absolutely delicious and flavorful. My daughter and I both chose the Aloo matar (left side of photo and chickpea masala on right side of first photo, with white rice. Since her naan bread wasn’t vegan she gave us Samosas. I loved it so much that I know I will be back next
