chai latte

Backyard cafe moved to street 240 and is so beautiful and spacious! I love the downstairs area with couches, plants, and swinging chairs. This chai latte however is a bit disappointing. The homemade cashew milk just overpowered the chai, so it felt very milky with not enough spices. And it’s pretty pricey, at 3.85 USD.

the chai latte lacks the delicate —umf, of any sort. after some time, it, too, starts to taste like tap water mixed with hints of cinnamon. the place, however, is really calm and lovely. especially the outside sitting area: it is both breezy and hidden behind a wall of giant leaves. this creates a uniquely private and intimate atmosphere. solid interior.
