Cauliflower Sambal Tumis

If you love roasted cauliflower, you’ll love this! Has a great smoky taste, the sauce is fantastic. Portion abit on the small side for sharing since everyone at our table of 4 loved it! Wonderful Peranakan twist to a Middle Eastern classic.

Wow! Smoky, spicy and so flavoursome, this dish packs a big punch. I love pretty much anything made with cauliflower and this dish didn’t disappoint. Note that it’s quite spicy, so good to have some plain rice with it.

Chargilled cauliflower florets on a bed of sambal basically. The sambal was on the sweeter milder side as it is with Peranakan food. Very nice to see a restaurant offering this many vegan options! #veganuary
