Cauliflower Pakora and Chickpea Masala Wrap

Considering how popular #falafel wraps are I’m surprised that this is the first time I’ve come across a #pakora wrap! 🥙 #veganized of course, but with little extra effort cause the menu offers a vegan option for most dishes 🌱 I just wonder why it isn’t the default. Yogurt and mozzarella in a wrap, really? #ditchdairy 🙄 The filling was perfect and you get to choose between either a side of salad or fries 🍟 My only complaint is that the wrap itself was over-baked and too dry, coming off more akin to shortbread than a tortilla 🌯
