Great stir fry dish with minimal oil and max flavour. Thrown into the cauliflower is also other vegetables and tofu pieces. Largely seasoned with tamari/soy sauce and I'm guessing garlic? 😘 They are quite flexible with having a mix of organic rice too. I just need to remember to request less salty next time 😆
good variety of vegetables; v tasty and not overly oily just wldnt pay $10.50 for this haha
Pretty good, requested half cauli half rice to be more filling. Portion was big enough, would be great if there was more mock meat/mushrooms/proteins
I do enjoy creating new dishes that have a high nutrient value. Someone said to me years ago, that “if you see the chef eating their own food, you know it has to be good”. Yes, I do eat my own food. This was my meal. Though if you ever catch me eating something else, it’s probably because someone bought me something or that I just wanted to switch it up! 😂😂😂😂 Anyway, this dish is a actually not ‘fried’. Rather, it’s lightly sautéed with a bunch of vegetables, plant based protein from Arley and is totally gluten free. Can be made allium-free on request and spice level is as you like. 😊
