Cashew Salad

Simple cashew salad with carrots, cashew, lettuce and cabbage. The cook used fish sauce for the dressing but the owner was happy to substitute for a vegan version with soy sauce. Just be alert. The place is small but cozy, run by a lovely local lady. #supportlocal #vegan #thai
