Carrot Cake Cupcake

Again, not sure of the name (can't even find a menu online!) but this tasted like carrot cake. It got squished bc it was sent home with my parter. The cake part was a little dry and had nuts. Nuts are great but don't belong in my carrot cake. I didn't love the bite I had, but my partner really liked this.
