A friend ordered this dish and I rolled my eyes...which dessert has carrot and beetroot in it? But all my skepticism vanished as soon I as I tasted it. It wasn’t too sugary and tasted really good. I loved the chocolate shell too. The only thing that could have been better is the date base and topping used...i felt it doesn’t quite go with the taste of the rest of it. The best thing would be to use more gooey chocolate...or a bunch of crunchy nuts like almonds and hazelnuts!
