Cardamom Creamed Spinach with Pita Chips and Polenta

Amazing creamed spinach! So comforting and loved the cardamom flavor! The spiced pita chips were warm, fresh, and well-seasoned. Perfect for dipping into the spinach and hummus. The polenta with warm apples and goat cheese was great as well. Can be made vegan without the goat cheese.
