Caramelized Fish Claypot

Blossom, a fully #vegetarian restaurant in Renton, #washington has a wide menu with almost all vegan options (they serve egg noodles on some dishes that are clearly labelled and use dairy in some drinks). This #veganfish #claypot was delicious! The sauce it came it was savory but slightly sweet and the fake fish is made of #tofuskin with seaweed.
