Caramelised Onion & Black Vinegar Tamago

This dish is poke theory’s seasonal special, in collaboration with OnlyEg. First time trying OnlyEg and it was pretty good! It does have a tamago texture. Love the colours at poke theory. Flavourful and filling. This seasonal special is ending this December! This is a new bowl with OnlyEg but it doesn’t taste quite like egg, more like firm tofu. Other than that this expensive bowl taste pretty good.
