CALAMARATA E ASPARAGI

First of all this place’s menu clearly marks vegan options anddd there was more than one!!! And it wasn’t spaghetti pomodoro!!!! I am soo impressed by this pasta - the sauce is an asparagus cream and has chunks of asparagus and pine nuts as well. Absolutely divine and again I cannot give enough credit to the restaurant for actually trying to cater to the PB community🥹💖💖💖
