Caesar salad

Another dish that was good for a hot, humid day. It has fresh spinach, house made caesar dressing, parmesan, seasoned croutons, sun-dried tomatoes, pumpkin seeds, and grilled tofu. So many great flavors and textures. I would definitely recommend ordering this with your meal!

Huge, nicely decorated, and filling salad! Homemade croutons and delicious roasted mushrooms were the highlight of the salad. Caesar dressing tasted exactly like the original caesar dressing. #vandyviva

This salad was so good!! It has avocado on top which was the first thing I noticed and made me even more excited about it. The croutons were amazing and tasted fresh. I really enjoyed the dressing even though I’m not usually a fan of dressing on top of my salads, also the cheese on top was really good I loved the texture it added. #vivavanderbilt
