Butternut squash "ravioli" with Szechuan sauce

I would say these are more like dumplings than ravioli, but they are certainly delicious, especially the sauce! Unfortunately, as is the case with most dishes at Sama Sama, this dish was quite small and expensive for the amount (it is supposed to be small plates for sharing, but $12 for three dumplings is a bit much...). I wish there was more!
