Butternut Squash & Pumpkin Chili

This consisted of sweet butternut squash pumpkin chili with smoked poblano peppers, caramelized onions, and grilled corn, plus cornbread. This had lots of flavor as well as protein, and the creaminess of the squash and pumpkin went well with the corn and multiple types of beans. Also, I liked that there were whole corn kernels in the cornbread. (GF
