Vegan 🌱 Butter 🧈 Chicken 🐦⬛ I’m going to say something controversial—if not for the variety of unique dishes like this #butterchicken, I think the #indianfood here is overrated 😛 In fact I have yet to find something that impresses me really in Singapore compared to my choices in Penang. This is not #gao enough 🙅♀️ The general taste is there but it could be oh so much more #spicy 🌶️ It just felt overall really bland to me 🤷♀️ Like I was eating, gee… I don’t know… butter? 🐈 Then there’s the matter of the #veganchicken they use. At 40,000 feet in the air I can understand Santan (AirAsia) serving us edible rubber but on land that’s really just a cheap party trick 🪄 I genuinely think #tofu would’ve done better here compared to that poor vegetable fooled into the ways of a #chicken 🦜 At least at S$11 it’s a generous portion 🫰
This is tasty af!! 🔥 It's so creamy and rich in flavor! The mock chicken meat tasted pretty convincing too. The spices are not overwhelming, and are super rich in variety and layers, together with the subtle taste of the tomato made it incredibly yummy 😋 I missed this already, wish I could fly back now to have this again!
My first time trying butter chicken, it’s flavourful but I prefer the mutton over the chicken since it’s rather soft.
