Butcher’s Pancakes

Love that the pancakes are default vegan here. It would be nice if it came with a side of vegan sausage or bacon, but these are delicious! On their regular daily menu, not just brunch, and I love the presentation. The waffles are also good here.

These were pretty good but disappointing considering the high price. The pancakes were small and thin and the crushed walnuts and banana were an additional $2. It would have been worth the price if the pancakes were more substantial or there were more of them. The taste was good though! The Butcher's Daughter is a vegetarian restaurant with multiple vegan options. However, there are upcharges for plant-based milks and substitution for tofu scramble (in place of eggs.)

Questi pancakes sono buonissimi. La consistenza, pur essendo senza glutine, è identica a un classico pancake americano. Il sapore eccezionale. Sazianti ma non pesanti. Per me super approvati!
