Vegan Society-certified burger with a “chicken” patty by The Vegetarian Butcher. The texture of the
“chicken” was very realistic (like THIS Isn’t Chicken) and a bit tenderer than the Quorn fillet used for KFC’s vegan burger. I also liked the creamy vegan mayo that goes great with the patty. Definitely one of the best vegan “chicken” burger in Oxford. Already available at Deliveroo.
