Buffalo Maitake Burger

My friend ordered this burger and let me have a bite. We both loved it. The mushroom texture and flavours are lovely. Not overly spicy - just the right amount of kick 🌶️ It’s a bit pricey when you don’t get a side, but this is worth splurging on given how difficult it is to replicate at home.
