Buffalo Cauliflower

Coliflor cubierta de no sé qué con salsa cremosa buenísima. Huele fuerte y deja un regustillo ácido, algún ramillete no estaba hecho del todo. Plato original e imaginativo

Sauce was very nice and very was nicely cooked, although wasn't very 'wing' like as in didn't have a meaty texture - it was just the cauliflower basically which is what it's meant to be haha just fyi. Very nicely spiced and fried cauliflower in beer batter and Buffalo sauce with garlic mayo. This is a starter / small dish but there were 6 pieces of cauliflower. They were spicy and crunchy, maybe they could have been slightly softer but a part from that I loved them! (£5,40)
