These #rawvegan Buddha Bowls were amazing! 😻
@organicalex’s Buddha Bowls are mostly #rawfood & made to order using loads of fresh produce sourced locally from small #organic & #veganic growers (including the on-site greenhouse & garden) as well as wild areas in and around Colchester in Essex.
This particular dish featured raw “tuna” salad maki rolls, Thai style kelp noodles with sunflower based “fauxfu” (raw, soya-free tofu made from activated sunflower seeds & fresh St. Lucian sea moss gel), marinated kale salad, sprouted mung/lentil salad, sprouted quinoa, and raw beetroot bagels with macadamia “cream cheese” & carrot “lox”.
Delicious taste sensations abound with each and every bite! 😊
