Brunch Burger

This is a fairly new item added to the Zammy’s menu. Today I have it a shot. This burger is made with a Zammy’s burger patty, spinach, tomato, house seitan, egg, cheese on a toasted brioche bun. There is a maple mustard sauce you can get but I forewent the sauce since I have a habit of getting drippy burger when eating. As you can see, this burger is stacked! I would not recommend trying to drive while eating this….take from that what you will. The seitan had a Smokey flavor to it which enhances this sandwich. The egg is good but for those who are used to eating regular eggs, they will note a difference in texture. But those are ones who I consider closed minded and not open to trying new foods. The cheese was nice and melty over the burger which adds to the fresh off the grill taste.
