Bruce Cost Ginger Ale

The OG of Chicago vegan restaurants has a new name and, the space has been refreshed & blown open to reveal itself as Soul Veg City. Luckily, all of the menu items have survived the revamp & today, I had several favorites along with this delicious ginger ale. Yum! With bits of ginger, carbonated water & cane sugar, this was the perfect drink on a hot summer day.
