Broccoli Salad

Delicious salad with fresh greens and broccoli. Recommended.

This dish is really good! I like how they added a little bit of cashews for crunch. The sauce or whatever it is coated in is also super tasty! If you don’t like broccoli tho, this dish is not for you.

#veganized this warm broccoli 🥦 salad at Singapore’s Dempsey Hill based Open Farm Community. The highlight of this dish was the Pili nuts from a small farm in the Philippines 🇵🇭 which were so creamy and delicious 😋 and of course the heaping amounts of broccoli and other veggies including hibiscus flower leaves 🍁. Nice to see that OFC is upping their game with great new veg options but would love some dedicated vegan options on the menu!

This broccoli salad normally comes with goat cheese but the staff at Open Farm Community were happy to make it vegan for us. The sugar snap peas and broccoli combined with pine nuts was a delicious combination. Just watch out for the small portions!
