Brioche No-Mozza Burrata

Questo piatto è fenomenale! Ero stata anno scorso in questo locale stupendo ma non avevo provato la No Mozza che ha un sapore di formaggio buono vegan ( secondo me autoproduzione con ricetta segreta ) su un letto di pere e panbrioche con una salsa dolce … da mangiare assolutamente se si va a Parigi e si è vegani

Their mozza is awesome. No overly processed and homemade. Loved the marinated pear and the brioche was flyffy and yum. The greens that comes with it are also fresh and crunchy. Great dish overall. Still their Quesadillas are the best thing on the menu. #veganisnotscary #abillion #birdless19

Brioche with vegan mozzarella and pear (ingredients change through the different seasons). I was a bit reluctant before ordering it, but the flavours are perfectly balanced. Perfect for a starter or a light dinner.

10/10 pour ce plat absolument délicieux! Un régal, n’hésitez surtout pas à tester ce plat, c’est la meilleure chose que j’ai mangé dans ce restaurant! Tellement de saveurs 🤤 toutes les graines qui ont un goût exceptionnel et tout nouveau, la mozza est extraordinaire, le coing est surprenant, la brioche délicieuse, et le tout va magnifiquement avec la salade. J’ai envie de revenir le manger très bientôt. 10€
