Tofu scrambled eggs, homemade seitan bacon, Cumberland style sausages & spinach on a seeded bagel. Served warm, so filling & everything was so so tasty

This made a proper satisfying & delicious breakfast, my favourite part was the sausage patty, the texture was spot on and it tasted so meaty but I didn’t find it greasy in the slightest. I loved how thick cut the bacon rasher was too, it went down a treat! #veganisnotscary #day72

Best bagel I’ve ever head! So, so good 🤩 right balance of everything! Feels like a naughty, unhealthy treat, but obviously isn’t! 10/10, will definitely be getting this again in the future!
