Brekke Muffin

What a lovely take on an old favourite even though (rather unfortunately) the Herbivore patty hadn't been cooked through (it was cold in the middle). The best part is the tofu egg - simply delicious. I'd have it again (next time with a nice hot patty (hopefully)).

I had the option with 'fried egg' and it was absolutely delicious! Even my vegetarian husband enjoyed it thoroughly, and he eats regular eggs.

Added extras - VSF egg and "bacun". Highly recommend 🥰

Got this at the Vegan Goods Market... It was too big to actually bite into and when I did that yolk went flying all over our table and my clothes. I never finished this meal. Flavours did not come together like I thought. The herbivore patty, also a definite no.

Truly exceptional. Definitely worth the drive and finding roadside parking. Highly recommended.
